Our Mission

We stand out in the building construction and property management industries for several reasons.  First, we believe our relationships are as important as delivering unparalleled technical expertise.  Our company consists of in-house, experienced and licensed tradespeople, maintenance professionals, and engineers that are dedicated and trusted members of the Brad-Core family. We want you to consider them an extension of your staff and family as well!

Second, we pride ourselves on doing our utmost to meet the needs of clients that have limited time, desire, or ability to manage their residential or commercial properties.  To do so, we have created a  single point-of-contact concierge membership which allows us to take care of all your property maintenance, pre-construction, and construction needs.  Our list of services is endless: inception to cleanup, emergency response to long term capital planning, new construction, renovations, maintenance, mechanical systems, design and consulting services.   Our goal is to give you peace of mind!

At Brad-Core, we take our commitment to building relationships one step further by volunteering  and focusing our resources on the well-being of the residents of our community. We love to build walls, but building bridges is even better!

“Humanism in Building” at its best.

Our Team Leaders

Brad Ruder, President and Founder

A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, Brad has over 25 years experience in the construction and property management industries. In support of his community, in 2010 he formed Senior Source, an innovative destination founded on the well-being of seniors at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack. In 2015, he was honored by the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) of Bergen County, marking the first time CHIP honored a non-medical professional contributing to the health of its residents. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders and a member of the American Institute of Architects, Brad continues to expand his knowledge in construction and design. In 2017, Humanism in Building ( d/b/a Senior Source) was created as a 501(c) (3) non-profit to further an overall mission of using construction as a vehicle to provide aid to those in need.

Jim Savino, Director of Operations

Jim Savino has been Director of Operations at Brad-Core since 2010 and has over 30 years experience in the construction and property management industries. An expert in finished carpentry, in his spare time, he enjoys gardening and outdoor activities.
